Financial Accountant at RB Global

Elevate your career as a Financial Accountant at RB Global. In this key role, work alongside finance teams to manage reporting, compliance, and process enhancement for multiple entities.

This position reports directly to the Controller, becoming a vital contributor to month-end close processes. As a Financial Accountant, you will prepare journal entries, reconcile balance sheets, and conduct P&L analysis. Engage with various finance teams and external auditors to facilitate accurate financial reporting, while driving process improvements that enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage deadlines and prioritize stakeholders’ needs

• Process monthly journal entries in compliance with SOX

• Prepare and reconcile balance sheets each month

• Analyze P&L and balance sheets for meaningful insights

• Collaborate effectively in a matrix environment

Requirements:

• 3–5 years’ experience in finance or accounting

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting

• CPA designation or in-progress

• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software

• Excellent time management and mathematical skills
