Corporate Accounting Manager

• Generate financial statements and tax returns for multiple entities

• Oversee cash flow management and budget preparation

• Lead monthly asset management and budget comparisons

• Ensure compliance with real estate reporting obligations

• Assist with investor updates and insurance applications

Requirements:

• Must have CPA designation

• Extensive financial statement preparation experience required

• Real estate or construction industry experience essential

• Familiarity with Timber scan and Sage 300 preferred

• Ability to lead and inspire a small finance team
