FP&A Leadership in Finance

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the forecasting and budgeting processes

• Lead development of financial models and scenario analyses

• Offer insights on profitability and pricing strategies

• Create and maintain KPI dashboards for reporting

• Implement improvements in FP&A systems and processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in finance or similar discipline

• Minimum of 5 years in FP&A, ideally in food or manufacturing

• CPA or Master’s degree beneficial

• Expert in ERP and BI tools like Microsoft Dynamics

• Strong analytical and communication skills
