Chandos seeks a Finance Manager with 10 years of relevant experience in construction project accounting or public accounting. Your expertise will drive accurate financial reporting and support operational planning. Collaborate closely with project teams and district leadership to identify risks and coach both accounting and operations teams to improve processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Finalize work-in-progress schedules for timely project closures

• Lead monthly financial forecasting and district reporting

• Monitor district KPIs to resolve financial issues

• Support leadership in operational planning processes

• Provide training and coaching to finance and operations teams

Requirements:

• 10 years in construction project or public accounting

• Accounting or Finance degree, CPA preferred

• Experience in construction industry with contractors

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
Power BI is a plus

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
