Position: Senior Loan Operation Specialist Role
Drive excellence in loan document administration as a Senior Operation Specialist in the Banking Operation Department. You will manage entries for loans and enhance reporting for management and auditors.

As a pivotal member of the Banking Operation Department, your role involves comprehensive loan document management and review. You will ensure efficient loan operations, oversee preparation of advances and renewals, and maintain accurate loan files. Additionally, regular reporting to management and the lending department is essential to monitor post-lending items effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process entries for new and existing loans efficiently

• Manage and organize credit and security files

• Submit timely loan reports to management

• Provide comprehensive reports on loan admin for the lending team

• Ensure compliance with bank policies on loan documentation

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in a Canadian Banking Institution

• Strong knowledge in credit and operational risk management

• Familiarity with banking legislation and regulations

• Ability to manage financial products and liquidity risk

• Experience with policy review and compliance updates
