Member Experience Specialist

Position: Member Experience Specialist at Prospera
Drive meaningful member interactions with Prospera as a Member Experience Specialist. Leverage your financial services experience to provide personalized banking and investment solutions.

In this role, you will proactively acquire and onboard new retail and business members. Conduct Financial Health Checks to uncover members' needs, recommend suitable banking products, and manage small accounts. Your contributions will enhance front-line and omni-channel support through collaboration in the Advice Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new retail and business members actively

• Conduct Financial Health Checks to identify needs

• Recommend banking, lending, and investment solutions

• Manage small accounts and build a referral pipeline

• Support collaborative interactions across channels

Requirements:

• 1-3 years in financial services or sales

• Familiarity with lending and investment products

• Mutual Funds licensed or willing to obtain

• Strong communication skills and tech-savvy

• Grade 12 minimum;
Business or Marketing education preferred
