Position: Accounts Payable Officer for Navitas North America

As part of our North American finance team, you will work closely with our Finance Manager and Financial Controller. This position focuses on processing payments, maintaining vendor accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process accounts payable transactions

• Prepare and manage weekly payment schedules

• Update and maintain vendor banking details

• Reconcile financial records against Oracle monthly

• Assist in internal audits and financial analysis

Requirements:

• Knowledgeable in bookkeeping and accounting practices

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks in a high-volume workload

• Legal authorization to work in Canada
