Chandos is looking for a Finance Manager with a decade of experience in construction and public accounting. You will oversee monthly project forecasts and collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Your role will also involve monitoring key performance indicators and refining operational processes to foster continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead monthly project financial reviews and forecasts
• Ensure timely completion of project financials
• Collaborate to identify risks and financial insights
• Enhance operational efficiency through team support
• Facilitate training sessions for finance and operational teams
Requirements:
• 10+ years in finance, preferably in construction
• Degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA is a plus
• Proven experience with general contractors
• Proficient in Excel and Power BI knowledge
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
