Inkeros is in search of an experienced Financial Controller with a CPA designation to oversee the full finance function. This on-site role demands strong leadership in accounting, payroll processing, and audit compliance. You'll be pivotal in financial performance analysis and process optimization to support growth across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee complete finance operations

• Manage payroll for Canadian and U.S. employees

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Supervise Accounts Payable and expense management

• Drive process improvements through financial systems

Requirements:

• 5+ years as a Controller or similar role

• 5-7 years of Canadian finance experience

• Proficient in Quick Books Online and Xero

• Strong analytical and leadership skills

• Detail-oriented with excellent communication abilities
