Financial Planning Analyst - Automotive Industry

Destination Auto Group seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to enhance financial planning and reporting processes.

Reporting to the CFO and collaborating closely with the COO, you will play a vital role in our corporate head office, driving improvements in cash flow forecasting and strategic financial initiatives. This position requires strong analytical and forecasting expertise, along with the ability to distill complex data for executive insights and decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of financial forecasting models

• Provide insights for strategic business case evaluations

• Prepare monthly and quarterly analytical reporting

• Analyze budget variances and performance metrics

• Support enterprise-level initiatives through collaboration

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A or similar roles

• CPA designation or relevant finance/analytics degree

• Expertise in Excel and data analysis

• Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement

• Detail-oriented with outstanding time-management abilities
