SWIM is on the lookout for a well-rounded business leader for the VP Finance role, reporting to Ownership. This position includes leading approximately eight individuals while overseeing accounting and finance tasks as well as corporate functions such as HR and IT. With a focus on budgeting, forecasting, and system optimization, you'll have a significant impact on the company's strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a finance team of around eight members

• Manage cashflow and develop budgets and forecasts

• Oversee financial reporting and process improvements

• Collaborate closely with senior leadership and departments

• Optimize systems for efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

• CPA designation is mandatory

• 10-15 years of relevant work experience

• Background in public practice accounting firms

• Experience in finance leadership roles

• Familiarity with entrepreneurial business environments
