As a Personal Banking Associate Trainee, you'll engage with customers and guide them to the right resources for their banking needs.
Your role involves providing advice on new accounts, investment solutions, and other financial inquiries. With a strong focus on customer service, you will promote digital banking trends while collaborating with branch staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage customers on service transactions and digital education
• Understand needs and direct to appropriate staff for solutions
• Educate clients on mobile and online banking features
• Support frontline staff with cash and non-cash transactions
• Propose improvements for branch operations and customer service
Requirements:
• High School diploma and/or 1+ years relevant experience
• Investment Funds Canada (IFC) certification within 6 months
• Proficiency in MS Office and branch software
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Fluent communication in English;
