Elevate your career with RBC as a Business Market Relationship Manager in Squamish, Canada. Drive success by managing a portfolio of high-value small business clients and delivering tailored financial advice.
In this full-time role, you will be the main ambassador for RBC within the local business market. Your focus will be on acquiring and nurturing client relationships, helping them manage and expand their businesses. Alongside fellow RBC advisors, you will ensure that clients receive valuable insights to meet their financial needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Acquire and deepen client relationships through tailored advice
• Proactively engage clients to understand their evolving needs
• Plan client activities and connect them with RBC partners
• Manage risk and develop action plans for banking concerns
• Promote RBC’s digital tools for enhanced client engagement
Requirements:
• Skills in business development and acquisition
• Proven experience in client relationship management
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of business finance is an asset
• Completion of relevant training programs is a plus
