Reporting to the Senior Manager, Finance and Treasury, the Manager of Real Estate Finance will independently manage financing for Beedie’s diverse real estate portfolio. You'll engage in financial analysis and strategic finance initiatives while collaborating with various internal teams. Your expertise in lender outreach and negotiation will play a crucial role in supporting the organization’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage debt financing for diverse real estate assets

• Prepare financing packages and lender presentations

• Coordinate with legal counsel on financing deliverables

• Negotiate key financing terms and conditions

• Support due diligence for new acquisitions

Requirements:

• University degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field

• 3-5 years in real estate finance or banking

• Strong understanding of valuation principles and deal underwriting

• Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel

• Excellent communication skills for varied audiences
