Grants Finance Manager at CARE

With at least three years of finance experience, you will develop systems for project financial management, ensuring adherence to donor compliance and budget proposals.

Your role includes acting as a key resource for project analyses and risk mitigation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop systems for effective project financial management

• Ensure compliance with donor regulations and budget proposals

• Analyze project expenditures against set budgets

• Provide technical advice and capacity building for CO staff

• Review and update portfolio performance continuously

Requirements:

• Minimum three years of finance experience

• University degree in Accounting required

• Bilingual:
Excellent English and French communication skills

• Strong skills in financial analysis and reporting

• Comprehensive understanding of accounting processes
