Real Estate Finance Manager Position

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Finance and Treasury, you will lead debt financing processes from initiation to closing for various properties. Your analytical skills will guide preparation of financing materials, while your negotiation abilities will ensure favorable financing terms. You'll collaborate with internal teams to drive financing decisions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee debt financing for residential and commercial properties

• Develop and present financing packages to lenders

• Negotiate terms and conditions of loans

• Support acquisition due diligence with financing term sheets

• Streamline cash management operations for efficiencies

Requirements:

• Degree in Real Estate, Finance, or Commerce

• 3-5 years in real estate finance or banking

• Solid grasp of underwriting and valuation principles

• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills

• Strong communicator for diverse stakeholder engagement
