As the Manager of Real Estate Finance, you will report directly to the Senior Manager, Finance and Treasury. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage debt financing for income-producing and development properties

• Prepare detailed financing packages for lenders

• Negotiate key financing agreements and terms

• Collaborate with internal teams for financing analyses

• Support strategic finance and cash management improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field

• Minimum of 3-5 years in real estate finance

• In-depth knowledge of real estate fundamentals and valuations

• Proficient in advanced Excel and financial modeling
