Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial processes

• Approve financial statements and variance analyses

• Manage year-end audits and liaise with external auditors

• Prepare reporting packages for stakeholders and lenders

• Monitor financial performance metrics across residences

Requirements:

• 7+ years of leadership in accounting roles

• Expertise in full-cycle accounting and financial reporting

• Strong proficiency with Yardi Voyager

• CPA designation highly regarded

• Effective communicator with analytical skills
