Become a pivotal part of Accent Inns in Burnaby, BC as a Front Desk Supervisor.
Your role will focus on optimizing guest and employee experiences through effective leadership.
In this full-time position, you'll lead the Front Desk team, ensuring each guest feels welcomed and valued while positively impacting the workplace culture. Your responsibilities will include team coaching, scheduling shifts, and resolving concerns promptly. Your leadership will be key in maintaining a high standard of service and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive the Front Desk team to achieve exceptional service
• Resolve guest issues and implement service enhancements
• Schedule and oversee front desk staff activities
• Foster a positive work culture and team engagement
• Adjust staffing according to business fluctuations
Requirements:
• Minimum 1-3 years in Guest Services
• Leadership and coaching experience desired
• Post-secondary education in Hospitality is a plus
• Familiarity with customer service/hospitality or supervisory roles
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
