You will lead, coach, and direct the front desk staff while handling schedules and daily operations. Your leadership will be vital to enhancing both employee engagement and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a strong guest experience vision for the team
• Address and resolve guest feedback to maintain quality service
• Organize weekly shift schedules based on business needs

Requirements:
• Experience in guest services ranging 1-3 years
• Proven ability to lead and coach others
• Hospitality education is beneficial but not mandatory
• Strong customer service and hotel experience
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
