Position: Energetic Bartender Role at The Rec Room
Join The Rec Room as an energetic Bartender, providing a first-class experience to our guests. Mix drinks and ensure customer satisfaction in a social atmosphere.

We are looking for a dynamic Bartender who thrives in busy environments and brings at least 1–2 years of experience to The Rec Room. You will be responsible for crafting drinks, managing inventory, and ensuring a clean workspace. Your personable nature and drink recipe knowledge will help create memorable experiences for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages effectively

• Clean and maintain the bar area and utensils

• Track and manage liquor inventory and supplies

• Ensure all patrons meet legal drinking age requirements

• Provide excellent customer service and assistance

Requirements:

• High-School Diploma or G.E.D.

• 1-2 years of bartending experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of drink recipes

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
