As a Hospitality Services Manager, you will oversee the daily functions of food service and housekeeping, ensuring resident satisfaction through quality service and efficient operational practices.

Your role includes recruiting, training, and providing effective support to employees, all while adhering to company and client standards. Strong financial oversight and communication skills are essential to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage food service and environmental operations daily

• Ensure quality in client and resident catered events

• Review financial performance; manage budgets and payroll

• Provide coaching and feedback to enhance team performance

• Address and resolve concerns promptly for all stakeholders

Requirements:

• Degree in management, hospitality, or equivalent experience

• At least two years experience in healthcare environments

• Strong ability to lead and motivate teams effectively

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• First Aid Certification is an asset
