Asa Bilingual Recruitment Coordinator ,youwillplayacriticalroleinsupportingtheday-to-dayfunctionsofretailrecruitmentfortheirassignedclientgroups.

Youwillworkcloselywithhiringmanagerstounderstandtherequirementsoftherolefactoringbusinessneeds,geographicregion,tomanagerequisitionsandfulfillrecruitmentneeds.

Responsibilities
  • Approverequisitionsforassignedregionsandpostjobadsoncareersitesaswellasnationalandlocaljobboards
  • Usetheapplicanttrackingsystem,(ATS),tomanagehighvolumescreeningofresumestoidentifycandidatesthatmeetbannerspecificprofiles.
  • Interviewshortlistedcandidatestodeterminefitandforwardrecommendationstohiringmanagersforin-person interviews
  • Identifywaystosupportremoteandpriorityrecruitmentthroughusingcreativesourcingcampaigns,strategies,andreferralgeneration.
  • Headhunttoengagepassivecandidatesthroughtheuseof Boolean,Indeedandalternativesearchtechniques.
  • Provide

    ATStrainingtonewhiringmanagersandongoingsupportforclosingrequisitionsandmanagingthecandidatelifecycle.
  • Workwiththe Recruitment Team Leadonvariousprojectsrelatedtorecruitmentandourtalentstrategy .
  • Serveasanambassadorfor Ouraward-winning team,aleadingretailer,andourvariousbrands!
  • Managerecruitmentinboxbyrespondingtoinquiriesandescalatingissuesinatimelymanner.
  • Collaborateontheplanningandexecutionof Hiring Fairsandattendlocalevents .
  • Support the Human Resourcesteamwithadhocdutiesasassigned .
