Recruitment Specialist

Posi Trace is hiring a Recruitment Specialist to support hiring across Canada and Mexico from our Burnaby headquarters.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys running full-cycle recruitment while also supporting HR operations, contract preparation, and HR system maintenance. You will work closely with HR leadership and hiring managers across departments and regions.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across Canada and Mexico
• Partner with hiring managers on hiring strategy and candidate selection
• Source candidates via Linked In, job boards, and direct outreach
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate experience
• Support offer preparation and hiring documentation

• Prepare employment contracts and offer letters
• Maintain and update employee records in BambooHR
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Assist with HR documentation
  
  Provide light office administrative support as needed

• 3+ years recruitment or HR experience
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Experience working with HR systems (Bamboo
  
  HR is a strong asset)
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment

• Work directly with leadership

• Stable and growing technology company

Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 depending on experience.
