We are seeking a proactive and business-oriented HR Full Function professional to execute the full spectrum of human resources functions. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end HR operations, supporting business growth, ensuring compliance, and fostering a high-performance, people-centric culture.

The ideal candidate is hands‑on, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing strategic thinking with operational execution.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding).
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower planning and business needs.
• Build employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent.
• Optimize recruitment channels and improve hiring efficiency and quality.

• Oversee onboarding, probation management, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
• Ensure smooth employee experience throughout the employee journey.
• Conduct exit interviews and provide actionable insights to management.

• Drive performance appraisal processes (goal setting, mid-year review, annual review).
• Support managers in performance coaching and feedback conversations.
• Monitor performance data and identify trends or improvement areas.

• Support payroll coordination and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Administer benefits programs and maintain employee records.
• Assist in compensation benchmarking and incentive program implementation.

• Handle employee inquiries and workplace issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Support disciplinary processes and ensure proper documentation.
• Promote a positive work culture and enhance employee engagement initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and regulatory requirements.
• Support internal investigations and risk management initiatives.

• Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
• Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
• Track and evaluate training effectiveness.

• Maintain HRIS data accuracy.
• Prepare regular HR reports (headcount, turnover, engagement, performance trends).
• Provide data insights to support decision-making.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience covering multiple HR functions.
• Solid knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office tools.
• Speak Mandarin is a must.
