Senior Recruiting Coordinator

Location

Vancouver, Canada.

This role involves partnering closely with recruiters, coordinators, hiring managers, interviewers, and the broader People Team to support the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle.

As a brand ambassador, you will ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the journey.

• Minimum of three (3) years of recruiting coordination experience, or a scheduling‑heavy role, ideally in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer‑focused communication skills.
• Global mindset and experience working with global teams.
• Experience with Good Time and Workday preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Excel for reporting and tracking.

Starting base salary range: $32–$40 per hour. In Canada, equity is part of the total compensation plan. Additional medical and financial benefits will be discussed during the interview process.

Connected Work Culture fostering collaboration, with an expectation of at least 50% in‑office time (three days a week). Managers can adjust expectations based on team needs.
