As an HR Administrator reporting to the National Director of Human Resources, you will coordinate support for operational leaders across Canada. This role, ideal for someone with at least 2 years of HR experience, involves handling employee inquiries, maintaining personnel files, and managing onboarding tasks. Your contributions will enhance HR processes while ensuring compliance with Canadian employment standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to employee inquiries and HR policies
• Maintain accurate records within the HRIS platform
• Prepare offer letters and employment documentation
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding tasks
• Support performance review processes and documentation
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related field
• 2+ years of HR or administrative experience
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
