We are seeking a Bilingual Recruitment & Projects Specialist to support both day‑to‑day hiring needs and key talent acquisition initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is strong in execution and interested in growing their experience through projects focused on improving recruitment processes, tools, and programs. You will play a true dual role—balancing hands‑on recruitment delivery with strategic project work.

The ratio between recruitment and project responsibilities will evolve based on business needs, so comfort with shifting priorities and adaptability is essential for success in this role.

• Recruitment Delivery
  • Support full‑cycle recruitment across assigned roles and regions
