Position: Clio Staff People Business Partner Role
Clio is looking for a Staff People Business Partner to support Finance and Product teams in a hybrid work model. This role focuses on optimizing people strategy and organizational effectiveness.

You will leverage your extensive People Business Partner experience, partnering with leaders across Finance and Product to drive a coherent People strategy and advise on critical organizational decisions.

Your role will involve workforce planning, executive coaching, and navigating complex employee relations challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a principal advisor to executive leaders in Finance

• Shape a long-term, integrated People strategy

• Lead complex employee relations investigations when needed

• Mentor Senior and mid-level PBPs for skill consistency

• Utilize people data analytics to support strategic initiatives

Requirements:

• 10+ years in HR/People Business Partner experience

• Proven track record advising senior executives in SaaS

• Expertise in organizational design and talent strategy

• Knowledge of employment laws across various jurisdictions

• Strong communication skills and influence in high-stakes situations
