This internship is aimed at passionate individuals currently pursuing or having completed an HR Management program. Your key responsibilities include managing interview schedules and sourcing candidates through various channels. You will gain hands-on experience and contribute meaningfully to the recruitment team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the recruitment process from start to finish
• Participate in intake meetings with hiring managers
• Help source candidates through social media networks
• Schedule and coordinate interviews effectively
• Maintain up-to-date candidate records in ATS
Requirements:
• Currently enrolled or graduated from an HR Management program
• Some HR or recruitment exposure through coursework or internships
• Knowledge of ATS platforms and recruitment best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with robust organizational abilities
