As a TABP, you will play a vital role in executing recruitment strategies tailored to specific business needs. This position requires working closely with stakeholders to define role expectations and leverage diverse sourcing methods. Your goal is to create an efficient and engaging candidate experience while driving continuous improvements within the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle from intake to onboarding
• Collaborate with hiring managers to set role expectations
• Source candidates from various channels, including Linked In
• Build and sustain talent pipelines for immediate and future needs
• Provide guidance on interview techniques and candidate assessments
Requirements:
• 3-4 years of experience in recruitment
• Expertise in Sales or IT recruitment
• Familiarity with interviewing best practices
• Comfort in managing multiple requisitions
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
