Key Responsibilities:
• Advise senior leaders on strategic HR initiatives
• Align HR goals with operational business needs
• Drive organizational change and talent planning
• Cultivate a strong, diverse company culture
• Manage employee and labor relations effectively
Requirements:
• Degree in HR, Business, or a related field
• 10–15 years of comprehensive HR experience
• At least 8 years in a senior HR business partner role
• Proven track record in complex, matrixed environments
• Strong analytical skills to drive HR strategies
