Become a key player in HR at Lookout Housing and Health Society as a People and Culture Advisor in New Westminster, BC. Deliver your talents in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

This permanent full-time role requires experienced HR professionals with strong collaborative skills. You will support various HR functions, providing critical advice on employee health and safety and ensuring effective labour relations within a non-profit, unionized structure. Your position will involve travel across the lower mainland for meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support leadership in HR function administration

• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes

• Enhance employee relations through expert guidance

• Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols

• Facilitate training and policy implementation

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Human Resources

• 3+ years of HR experience with a unionized setting

• Proven ability to manage employment policies and collective agreements

• Strong communication and drafting skills

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
