As a Regional Human Resources Manager, you bring 8-10 years of HR experience, including 3 years in a managerial role. Your expertise in labour relations and strong leadership skills will guide corporate HR processes, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals. This role demands a hands-on approach to mentorship and employee development while overseeing recruitment and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner strategically with corporate HR and site management
• Oversee full recruitment services from analysis to onboarding
• Provide guidance to managers on HR processes and coaching
• Implement programs that enhance employee satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with provincial gaming registration and HR metrics
Requirements:
• 8-10 years of HR experience and 3 years in a management role
• Understanding of union contracts and grievance handling
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• CPHR/CHRP/CHRL designation preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
