As an experienced HR manager, you will lead all HR operations while ensuring compliance with Canadian employment laws.
Your role will significantly influence talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR strategies that foster a thriving workplace culture. With a minimum of 10 years of HR experience, including 5 in management, your expertise is vital in maintaining a compliant and effective HR department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the recruitment process from job postings to onboarding
• Develop HR policies in alignment with Canadian labor laws
• Resolve employee conflicts and performance issues
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and performance reviews
• Ensure accurate payroll management and compliance
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• At least 10 years of HR experience in Canada
• Proficiency with HRIS and ATS platforms
• Strong interpersonal skills with confidentiality focus
• Bilingualism in English/French is an asset
