This is a senior, client-facing recruitment role with a warm book of business from day one. You will not be cold-starting from zero. There are established client relationships ready for you to inherit and grow.
You will own full-cycle searches across Sales, HR, Executive and C‑Suite, Operations, Finance, and Engineering; mid-level through to VP and C‑suite mandates. You will develop new business over time and be rewarded generously for what you produce.

Compensation
$50,000 – $350,000
We offer two structures depending on what works for you:
Commission-only at an industry‑leading rate. For experienced billers who want maximum upside with no ceiling.
Base salary plus commission with draw options available, for the right candidate.
Your structure is agreed upon based on your experience and billing history. High performers earn at the top end. There is no ceiling.
What You Will Do
Own full‑cycle searches across Sales, HR, Executive and C‑Suite, Operations, Finance, and Engineering roles.
Manage and grow existing client relationships; warm accounts from day one.
Develop new client business through outreach, networking, and referrals over time.
Build strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and market mapping.
Leverage AI tools to work faster and deliver better results for clients.
Hit monthly and quarterly billing targets with full visibility on performance.
What We Need From You
Minimum 3 years of full-cycle agency recruitment experience, this is non‑negotiable.
A billing history you are proud of and comfortable talking about openly.
Experience placing mid-level to senior and executive roles across multiple industries.
Actively using AI tools in your recruitment process today.
Strong Linked In Recruiter and ATS proficiency.
Local to Metro Vancouver; must be able to commute to Burnaby or Port Moody area. This role is ideally based in office. Hybrid arrangements considered for the right candidate.
High personal accountability; you perform without being micromanaged.
