Key Responsibilities:
• Manage talent acquisition for hourly and salaried roles
• Drive operational improvements in recruitment processes
• Promote the Co-op Ambassador program effectively
• Maintain LMI’s careers site and social media presence
• Conduct orientation and onboarding for new employees
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of related administrative experience
• Experience in operational role recruitment processes
• Strong social media engagement and recruitment tools knowledge
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in managing ATS and data tracking
