Position: People Programs Specialist at BCAA

BCAA is actively seeking a People Programs Specialist to improve People and Culture practices. In this role, you will manage employee recognition programs, oversee lifecycle surveys, and collaborate with leaders for actionable insights. Your expertise in creating presentations and reports is vital for driving effective HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage employee recognition and milestone programs

• Administer annual employee lifecycle survey and reporting

• Collaborate with leadership to enhance employee experience

• Create presentations for People & Culture programs

• Oversee submissions for Employer Awards and best practices

Requirements:

• Post-secondary diploma in Human Resources or business

• Minimum 3 years in HR administrative roles

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Valid BC Driver’s License
