Recruiter (Bilingual English/French) – Talent Acquisition

Duration: 12 months

Location:

Remote (candidates based in GTA Toronto, Winnipeg, Montreal, or Moncton)

Hours:

Standard business hours (EST)

Overview

We are seeking a bilingual Talent Acquisition qualified to support high-volume recruitment initiatives across multiple business lines. This role offers the prospect to partner closely with business leaders and HR teams, delivering full-cycle recruitment support while helping attract top talent in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for a variety of roles
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through multiple channels, including direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and job postings
  • Conduct candidate screening and behavioral-based interviews
  • Partner with hiring managers to provide recruitment guidance and market insights
  • Support workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies
  • Maintain accurate recruitment activity within applicant tracking systems
  • Contribute to talent acquisition projects and process improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • 3–9 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
  • Bilingual in English and French
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and e‑recruitment tools
  • Strong sourcing and candidate identification capabilities
  • Experience conducting behavioral-based interviews
  • Excellent relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong client service orientation
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Workday
  • Experience with Phenom or similar recruitment marketing platforms
  • CHRP designation (completed or in progress) is considered an asset
