Recruiter (Bilingual English/French) – Talent Acquisition

We are seeking a bilingual Talent Acquisition qualified to support high-volume recruitment initiatives across multiple business lines. This role offers the prospect to partner closely with business leaders and HR teams, delivering full-cycle recruitment support while helping attract top talent in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for a variety of roles
- Source and attract qualified candidates through multiple channels, including direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and job postings
- Conduct candidate screening and behavioral-based interviews
- Partner with hiring managers to provide recruitment guidance and market insights
- Support workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies
- Maintain accurate recruitment activity within applicant tracking systems
- Contribute to talent acquisition projects and process improvement initiatives
- 3–9 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
- Bilingual in English and French
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and e‑recruitment tools
- Strong sourcing and candidate identification capabilities
- Experience conducting behavioral-based interviews
- Excellent relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills
- Strong client service orientation
- Experience with Workday
- Experience with Phenom or similar recruitment marketing platforms
- CHRP designation (completed or in progress) is considered an asset
