Location: New Westminster
We are looking for a Bilingual Senior Talent Advisor who will partner with hiring leaders to understand project pipelines and identify talent gaps, provide data‑driven insights, and design sophisticated engagement strategies for passive, senior‑level candidates.
Responsibilities- Partner with hiring leaders to inform talent demand planning and provide data‑driven insights on competitor movement, talent availability, and compensation benchmarks.
- Design and execute sophisticated, white‑glove engagement strategies for passive, senior‑level candidates and develop end‑to‑end direct sourcing frameworks for specialist roles.
- Support talent strategy for new business wins, creating scalable models to rapidly deploy technical teams in Cloud, Security, and Mainframe modernization.
- Conduct research and pipelining to ensure high‑quality talent funnels and continuously refine personal sourcing methodologies to improve candidate quality and decrease time‑to‑hire.
- Pivotal between high‑level demand planning and granular technical searches, challenge hiring managers with market realities, and navigate the nuances of different international markets.

- Engage passive, senior‑level talent with compelling narratives around technical journeys and complex project landscapes.
- Present market maps and funnel metrics that provide commercial visibility into the talent landscape.
- Demonstrate a proactive, solution‑first approach to talent roadblocks.
- 5 to 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in specialist, full‑cycle, or strategic talent acquisition.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Experience designing and executing white‑glove engagement strategies for passive, senior‑level candidates.
- Proficiency in conducting deep research, pipelining, and presenting market maps and funnel metrics.
- Ability to pivot seamlessly between high‑level talent demand planning and granular technical searches, especially in Cloud, Security, or Mainframe modernization.
- Salary range: $96,800 to $145,200 (contract RPO position).
