The Senior Manager will play a critical role in the 14-month contract, leading talented TD&L professionals and optimizing global onboarding strategies. With over a decade of experience in HR or talent management, you will design strategic learning initiatives to support a diverse workforce and measure program impact through KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor and lead the TD&L high-performing team
• Develop and oversee global onboarding and talent management
• Guide the cultural integration and minimization of time-to-productivity
• Design leadership development and coaching strategies
• Report on program KPIs and business impact metrics
Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in HR or Talent Development
• Proven leadership in developing high-performing teams
• Strong knowledge of succession planning and feedback systems
• Experience with LMS and learning infrastructure
• Enthusiasm for AI and its practical applications
