This full-time HR role requires a detail-oriented professional with 3 to 6 years of experience. You will manage employee records in the HRIS, support the employee lifecycle, and deliver responsive assistance to staff. Strong Excel skills and familiarity with HRIS platforms are essential for success in this dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS
• Build and analyze HR reports and dashboards
• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding logistics
• Manage employee lifecycle changes and documentation
• Provide timely support for employee inquiries
Requirements:
• 3 to 6 years of progressive HR experience
• Post-secondary education in Human Resources
• CPHR candidate or designation preferred
• Advanced Excel proficiency; HRIS experience required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
