Human Resources Administrator

• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and advantages
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS platform
• Prepare and finalize offer letters and documentation
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding tasks efficiently
• Support the performance review process and documentation

• Post-secondary education in HR or Business Administration
• 2+ years HR administrative experience, preferably in construction
• Robust attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms
• Comfortable handling confidential information with professionalism
