Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), this executive-level position will lead the implementation of strategic operational improvements across Payroll, Compensation, and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). - Partner with Finance, Information Technology, departmental leaders, and other interested parties to improve operational effectiveness and service delivery
- Lead business transformation, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives across assigned divisions
- Provide related recommendations to the CHRO
- Perform related work as required

Professional designation such as CPHR, CPA, PMP, CCP, PCP or a related credential is considered an asset.
- Organizational transformation, operational excellence, or service modernization
- Human resources operations, payroll, compensation, workforce analytics, or related business functions
- HRIS, ERP, workforce management, or enterprise business systems
- Change management, process improvement, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Leadership within a unionized, public sector, or similarly complex organizational environment
The successful candidate will possess strong leadership, relationship-building, communication, problem-solving, and change management skills, along with the ability to build partnerships, influence outcomes, and deliver results in a complex and evolving environment.
