Drive recruitment success as a Talent Acquisition Partner managing full-cycle processes. Collaborate with hiring managers to attract top talent through strategic sourcing and effective hiring practices.
This role requires 3-5 years of recruitment experience, particularly in Sales or IT. You will partner with various hiring managers to align on role requirements and build robust hiring strategies. Your expertise will ensure a high-quality candidate experience while managing multiple requisitions effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own full recruitment lifecycle from intake to onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to define role specifications
• Source candidates via Linked In, job boards, and networking
• Build strong talent pipelines for current and future needs
• Guide interview processes and candidate evaluations
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of agency or in-house recruitment experience
• Familiarity with Sales or IT recruitment
• Knowledge of interviewing best practices
• Proven track record with passive candidate recruitment
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, Oracle preferred
