• Collaborate with hiring managers on role requirements
• Source active and passive candidates through various channels
• Build strong talent pipelines for current and future needs
• Guide managers on interview best practices
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in agency or in-house recruitment
• Expertise in Sales or IT recruitment
• Knowledge of interviewing best practices
• Comfort with Applicant Tracking Systems
• Experience with Linked In Recruiter
