Position: Heritage Service Group HR Generalist Role

Heritage Service Group seeks an HR Generalist to assist in people and culture initiatives within the Key Equipment Services and Enviro-Tech Mechanical divisions. You'll partner with leaders throughout Western Canada to optimize key HR functions like onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. This role is designed for individuals eager to develop their HR careers with a respected industry leader.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted HR resource for staff and managers

• Facilitate recruiting and employee development initiatives

• Help manage performance and employee relations

• Ensure compliance with all HR records and laws

• Promote employee engagement and cultural initiatives

Requirements:

• Preferred education in Human Resources or related fields

• At least 3 years of HR experience in a similar capacity

• HR certification or progress toward it is beneficial

• Strong understanding of employment legislation

• Outstanding organizational and communication skills
