In this influential position, you will guide site leadership as a strategic HR partner. Your responsibilities include managing employee relations, implementing workforce planning initiatives, and deploying human capital strategies. You'll help drive organizational change and ensure compliance with employment laws, all while fostering a healthy safety culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a strategic HR partner and coach to site leadership
• Lead employee relations, grievance management, and compliance
• Drive workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning
• Contribute to human capital strategy as a change agent
• Support HR best practices and health & safety initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field
• 5+ years as a Business Partner in a manufacturing setting
• 5+ years of experience with employee relations
• Strong understanding of grievance management and compliance
• Skilled in coaching, influencing, and organizational effectiveness
Elevate the HR function and enhance employee engagement while serving as a strategic partner in this role.
