As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will engage with hiring managers to shape recruitment strategies that align with immediate and long-term goals. Your expertise in sourcing and recruiting will be crucial in discovering both active and passive candidates across various platforms. You will also maintain accurate records and support talent pipeline initiatives while sharing insights to improve recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for the company
• Manage full-cycle recruitment activities from sourcing to offer
• Source candidates through Linked In Recruiter and networking
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role needs
• Ensure professional candidate experience through timely communication
Requirements:
• Diploma in Human Resources or related field
• 2-3 years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Experience with Linked In Recruiter and ATS tools
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Proficient in managing multiple priorities and attention to detail
