HR Generalist

Position: HR Generalist Opening

In this position, you'll support the people and culture across the Key Equipment Services and Enviro-Tech Mechanical divisions. You'll partner with leadership to implement HR initiatives throughout Western Canada, making a significant impact on employee engagement and culture. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a reliable HR resource for employees and management

• Implement recruiting and onboarding programs

• Assist with employee relations and policy management

• Maintain HR records in compliance with regulations

• Drive employee engagement and cultural initiatives

Requirements:

• Education in Human Resources or related areas preferred

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience in similar capacities

• Progress toward an HR designation is advantageous

• Knowledge of HR best practices and legislation

• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
